Do you know an exceptional volunteer group positively impacting the lives of others in your local community?
The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, the MBE for volunteer groups was created by Her Majesty to mark the Golden Jubilee in 2002 to recognise exceptional contributions made to local communities by groups of volunteers.
Any group doing volunteer work that provides a social, economic or environmental service to the local community can be nominated for the award. Each group is assessed on the benefit it brings to the local community and its standing within that community.
Submit your nomination by midnight on 14th September 2018 to make sure your nominated group is considered for the 2019 awards.
